Partnership Proposal

APhinity Growth Acceleration

A strategic, tech-first engagement led by André Vlok (Paia Studio) to design, build, and launch APhinity's AI-enabled AP platform (Rentals & Utilities wedge), augmented by a curated Fractional Venture Partners specialist pod to accelerate pilots, integrations, UX, sales, and investor momentum.

Executive
Summary

APhinity is positioned to transform Accounts Payable for Rentals & Utilities by combining AI automation with human-in-the-loop assurance, delivering measurable savings, risk reduction, and cashflow visibility. This engagement centers technology delivery under André Vlok and Paia, with a focused specialist layer (FVP network) to harden UX for HITL workflows, de-risk ERP integrations, build unit-economics-driven pricing, open enterprise and family office doors, and support investor readiness.

We will ship a production MVP, close 1–2 flagship pilots, and convert outcomes to ARR and funding momentum—without slowing Paia's core build.

Objectives

  • • Deliver a production MVP (R&U wedge) with OCR/NLP ingestion, invoice classification, validation vs. leases and tariff data, exception management with HITL, dashboards, and auditability.
  • • Close and execute 1–2 pilots (e.g., Standard Bank internal + SPAR or Discovery) with clear SOWs and measurable ROI.
  • • Establish enterprise credibility (security responses, integration readiness, investor-grade unit economics).
  • • Build a scalable path for post-pilot expansion (integrations, UX standards, RevOps, pricing).

Success Milestones (90 Days)

  • • MVP live for Rentals & Utilities pilot(s), including HITL and dashboards
  • • 1–2 pilots executed (e.g., Standard Bank internal + SPAR or Discovery or a family office)
  • • $100k ARR run-rate or signed LOIs equating to that target
  • • Investor momentum: 10+ qualified meetings and term sheet progress
  • • UX outcomes: >80% weekly active among pilot reviewers; 40–60% faster exception resolution
  • • Model/validation outcomes: >95% classification accuracy; <5% forecast variance
